Hope you made it through the storm without major damage. This is a picture of Dixie “Dos” from the Bracken/Char breeding after her first dove hunt the afternoon of 9/1/2008. First time “Dos” had hunted and she was jam up. Limited without losing a bird even in the strong winds and driving rain from hurricane “Gustov”, she went on to find a couple of birds from this morning lost because of no dogs in the field for the other hunters. Couldn’t get a picture of her retrieving due to the weather. I just wanted you to know how great she did on her first and ( in extreme conditions to top it off).
